      Oh My I too had invested in **** **** ***** with ***** ****** and to this day I am desperately trying to find the information regarding the sale of this property. If there are any investors who have been left in the cold as I have it would be nice to connect so we can hopefully share any information about the sale that is apparently finalized this December.

      2005 we bought into this unannexed land scheme. After nearly 20 years we are still getting the same story. Manuel ****** is never available!!!!! We were paying dues ** ****** ***** but the last two years they say it's under review with this group. There seems no accountability. Supposedly according my email 5-8-2023 (the last response from ******) stating this land has been listed for sale in March 2023 for 8.75 million. This was a land investment gone wrong. We were fed a string of lies for years that the city of Calgary wouldn't agree to annex this land. Would they ever agree to that? I think it was a **** from the beginning. How can this happen? Legit or not, it should not take 20 years to sell land and receive ROI.
