    Think they are getting too big and service is not as good as in past. Live in condo and with Xmas holidays and New Years, are not maintaining same level of service even though they advertise working outside those holiday days. No notice given to our HOA that they would be late this year, could have and everyone would be okay.

BluPlanet trialed a new notification system for our holiday schedules in 2023 and unfortunately, we discovered there were many holes in the communication method and about one quarter of our customers were not notified.
