    We recently had solar panels installed on our home by Ark Renewable Energy, and we couldnt be happier with the entire process! From the very first meeting to the day our system was turned on, everything ran incredibly smoothly. Our project manager, ***** ******, was outstanding. He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also very attentive throughout the entire installation.What really stood out was how professional every team member wasfrom sales to delivery to installation. Each person we interacted with was courteous, efficient, and made sure we were informed at every step of the way.We ran into a hiccup when Fortis Alberta initially denied our original design, claiming we would overproduce. However, Aleks quickly stepped in, contacted ******, and got our original design approved. His ability to resolve the issue so efficiently showed that Aleks 100% puts the customer first.Aleks was always available to answer any questions, even after our system was fully operational. He even noticed before we did that one of our panels wasnt working properly and had a crew out the very next day. Within 20 minutes, everything was back to working perfectly!We highly recommend Ark Renewable Energy and ***** ****** to anyone considering solar for their home. The customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail were all top-notch. If youre looking for a hassle-free solar experience, look no further!
