    I have just had new flooring and carpet installed in my home. I have to say I am so impressed with the sales rep as well as the installers. I feel both fortunate and grateful to my installers. They took the time to explain the process, also made sure I was happy and spent the time necessary to pay attention to details, no matter how small. I feel that they take great pride in their work and strive for excellence. I would highly recommend this company. My experience with this company was professional throughout. I find all employees to be easy to deal with, as well as polite, punctual, reliable, and very clean.Thank you TB

    This is a terrible company. Do not hire.we expressed our frustration and disappointment with the owner **** - he said and I quote: are you happy with the floors? Because we only care about the end result.Every dealing with this company was awful. A few key issues:- estimator miscounted stairs, vents and subfloor area - all floors tried to tell us we didnt need a subfloor: it would be fine to have steps into the different rooms on the main floor. We refused. Then they tried to bill us for the miscalculation which was $1000. We refused-it was not in our signed contract. Upon completion we were told and again I quote: you shouldnt complain you didnt have to pay for the mistake.The installation was not smooth:- crew did not cover furniture - stuffed food wrappers in vents We paid to have the furniture moved and replaced. They did NOT put the appliances back in position. They also didnt properly hook up the washing machine and it flooded the entire laundry room and even leaked down to the basement. Our house was so dirty after the project. What was most upsetting was that we asked if should hire a cleaner for when the project was completed and we were told and again I quote: oh no - a quick mop is all you need. We had to vacuum and mop the floors 6 times before we even started to see progress. I wish I could attach photos of the layers of filth that were left in our home.Because of the estimators errors and the laundry room flood All Floors had to come to our home an additional 3 times. This was a HUGE inconvenience.When we tried to communicate these issues we were told:- this has never happened before - the crew denies leaving garbage in the vents - we shouldnt complain because we didnt have to pay $1000 for the estimators mistake - you are happy with the way your floors look and we focus on the end resultWeve needed repairs in the four months since the install and weve hired someone else because we do NOT want anything to do with this company.

We apologize that the process was not as smooth as we had envisioned at the commencement of the project.We admit that we encountered unexpected challenges during the installation process in your home, and did our best to adapt as the project progressed. While we respectfully disagree with your characterization of the comments made by the manager, we will continue to always strive to achieve a good end result for our customers should we encounter difficulties along the way.As for the point regarding garbage being left in the vents - While acknowledging that anything is possible, this would be highly uncharacteristic of our crew to do such a thing. We know them to be courteous, conscientious, and prideful in their work, and are pleased to have them as an important part of the All Floors team.Once again, we apologize that your experience with our business fell short of your expectations, and wish you all the best in the future.
