    Would give a zero if I could! My husband sent 3 flowers arrangements and instead of following directions to knock they rang the broken doorbell, no big deal. No one at home heard them standing on the step, they proceeded to take our flowers to a neighbors house and then came and left a note saying the flowers were delivered to the neighbors and to pick them up there!!!! I have no idea who my neighbors are, I am a woman who is home alone does not know my neighbors and is absolutely not going over to ask if they happened to get my flowers! That is how people get trafficked or murdered!!! When I called the woman with great attitude told me that's how it's always done and my neighbors were nice enough to take my flowers so they are probably nice people!!! For real???? Imagine being my neighbor at home with 2 younger daughters getting 3 bouquets to her door and the happy feeling she must have felt onlyto find out that they are for her neighbor she doesn't know!!! How heartbreaking, how unprofessional Calgarys own!!!! Never again!!!!

    Hello *******,Again like I told you on the other 3 reviews you made. Our policy is posted on our website. If you dont wish to accept these policies of delivering your flowers to your accepting neighbours when you dont answer or are not home, then I would not be upset that you dont use us. We do not accept the behaviour you have shown to my staff . Have a great day!!
