      Hi,I ordered the flowers on Jan 18/24 They were delivered on Jan 19 th 

      I started to email on Jan 19 th and showed them pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered 

      After 12 emails with 1 reply  And no reply now to date.I have all the emails if you want  I can send them

      an emailed. In the emailed they told me the flowers were not available in the style and color ,and offered a 10% refund Email from them **Thanks for your email. Kindly be advised that due to flower supply challenges and stock availability, our florists may make substitutions. However, they always do their best to stay as close as possible to what you ordered.We would like to offer a 10% discount on your order. Please, advise. **I emailed them back and asked why was I not contacted with the reason,colors of flowers werent available and style. I picked the Lavender Love Basket,as it was for my best friend mom.They could of called me and told me,if they did I would of selected something else,I didnt want a bunch of colors this is an emotional time.I feel I should of been contacted, I was so sad when my girlfriend sent me a picture of what she received .I didnt tell her it was a mistake from the floral shop,she had all her thoughts on her loss.Please help me work this out with them. This is sad,it has gone this far Thankyou *****

      Hi sorry,your having trouble contacting them.Its sad a business acts like this. Sorry for the other people who use them.

      Maybe they dont want to reply,because they will have to pay something,or send flowers

      I would be content if they just send me flowers ,and we can close our file.
