    Hi,I ordered a bottle of wine (Order # ******) on ******** ****. I chose to pick the Bottle of wine from the ************************************************************************************ location on ******** **** ** ** ** based on the available options that was provided to me during the placement of the order.I have the Order Confirmation stating the above.I went to the store on ******** **** ** * ** and was advised that the product has not arrived from the warehouse. The store rep. advised that he is positive that the product would arrive by the end of the day.I called the e-commerce department for Willow Park Wine and Spirits and was advised that due to lack of drivers the product will not be available for pick-up until ******** *****This was supposed to be a ******************** and so the DATE definitely matters.It is extremely disappointing that the product has not arrived for pick-up on ******** ****. Secondly, the store did not even bother to advise me that the product will not arrive when I am waiting and hoping that the product will actually arrive for pick-up on ******** ****.The **************** rep. at the e-******************* was blunt that she could not do anything. I am a ************* Member at Willow Park Wine and Spirits and this is the level of customer service I receive.The customer service representative had no consideration about the fact that it is a Gift on a Special ****** * ********** * ***** **** ** ** ******** *** ******* *** **** ** ** ****** ** *********** *** ******

    So either the Business should provide the product for **** ** ** ********* *** ******** ** ****************************************

We have looked into what may have happened on this day with your order, and unfortunately, while we have every intention to make sure orders arrive before the time chosen for pickup, we experienced a logistical error that prevented us from having your order ready. We do apologize that you were not contacted ahead of time, and we have met with our team to ensure this does not happen again. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
