    Asonic Roofing did not finished the roofing shingles replacement that they were paid for. Communications with *******************, president of Asonic roofing, denied my complaint. They did not remove old shingles, to see of any wood rot, no underlay. I was able to see this on areas I can reach. Im wondering about the areas that I can not reach.

    Good afternoon,

    This complait is not valid as he still hasnt paid for his roof in full at this point.

    The customer has some stuctural issues with his roof so the crew made a judgement call and unfortuanly it was not the right one.

    That all being said I have feilded at least if not more than **************************************************************************

    I have gone over and above for this customer including coming back one day ahaed of schedule form my holidays which we was aware and contiuned to ******* me while I was away.

    I answered all of his questions in a timly manner and have agreed and made a plan that he proposed so not sure why this even came up.

    This customer will have the work completed as per our emails back and forth but nothing else at this point.

    Just today prior to this coming across my email we have made a plan to fix the roof as per his approval.

    Due to the structural issues and improper installation of an addition we are unable to provide warranty on 33sq ft of a **** sq ft roof.

    He has approved the repairs and has not grounds to stand on at this point as it will be completed and hopefully I get paid in full!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Payments agreed as per signed contract as follows;

    1. When job completed: Sept 9, 2022, $*** checque, $*** credit card (processed).

    2. Balance will be paid by credit card 30 days after completion.

    3. Optional: Extended lifetime warranty if owner decides to pursue and will be paid by credit card on Nov 6, 2022.

    ******************* lied when he said not paid in full.

    ******************* lied when said no wood rots. How could he say that? the old shingles were not removed from the subject area. How about the areas that I can not reach. Very poor Asonic standards.

    2 vent goosenecks delivered, one installed. No proof that vents are tied together.

    It takes time to set up the install and being that the customer ******** us multiple times in one day I asked that he wait till we had a plan. He sent 2 text in the mean time. One was to tell us that he would be away for a month on Sept 19th
    The reason I filed a complaint to BBB, is when your email said no phone calls,no emails, that Im having nightmares. I cant respond to your approval/comments on the email because of what you mentioned above. I cant even make a follow up on repairs start date/time, because of what you mentioned,because we plan to be away for a month from Sept 19. We can settle these on our own as I dont want bad reputation to Asonic, specially *********************. We all make mistakes. Once we settle in good spirit, comments made can be retracted.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    I agree on premiums for Extended lifetime warranty and I will commit  myself on that. Thats why I called *** this morning at 11:16am to hold on my response and told him I may have a mistake because not knowing how to print. I dont think my emails ******** **** or Asonic. **** maybe able to copy BBB the emails to see if its *********.
    An approximate start date will be appreciated so we can line up someone to be at our house, not like the job completion, I received a message around 5pm its done and **** will collect monies due the next day morning. I asked how about inspection? ***** responded  what inspection? ****, the crew lead also work on the project that he walked through them. If I want inspector that will extra $$s.??
    In my opinion, any project should have Quality Control personnel.
