      After 2 years of roofing issues with our addition, including multiple water tests and 4 'fixes', they refuse to replace our roof as it continues to leak. Heavy rain or melting snow results in a leak in the same spot.We now need to bring another roofing company in, have them fix 'Done Right Roofing's' mistakes and then advocate for 'Done Right' to cover the costs. In hindsight, we would never have contracted with this company. Their guarantee now means nothing to us. Similar to an insurance company, they will try to find any way to not ensure the job is done right (ironically) in the end. Extremely disappointed. It has been a frustrating experience to say the least.
