    NO PAYNE ROOFING INSTALLED SHINGLES AND REPLACED SOME FLASHING ON OUR HOME IN SEPT OF 2020. IN SEPT OF 2021 THERE WAS A MAJOR LEAK WHEN IT RAINED. **** SENT HIS EMPLOYEE TO REPAIR IT AND I BELIEVE IT WORKED FOR A WHILE UNTIL IT STARTED LEAKING IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT AGAIN IN MAY OF 2024. **** SENT EMPLOYEES MULTIPLE TIMES TO TRY AND FIX THE ISSUE BUT THEY DID NOT AND THE ROOF CONTINUED TO LEAK EVERY TIME IT RAINED FROM MAY 2024 TO THE END OF JULY 2024 WHEN I HIRED ANOTHER ROOFING COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY FIXED THE ROOF. NOW IT HAS RAINED MULTIPLE TIMES AND THERE HAS BEEN NO ISSUE. I ALSO RECEIVED A REPORT FROM THE ROOFER I HIRED THAT OUTLINES WHAT THE ISSUE WAS AND THAT IT WAS A RESULT OF THE POOR WORKMANSHIP OF NO PAYNE ROOFING. OUR TENANTS HAD THE HASTLE OF LIVING IN A HOME THAT LEAKS AND HAD BIG HOLE IN THE CELING AND A LEAKING ROOF FOR 3 MONTHS BECAUSE **** REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THE FULL REPAIR WAS COMPLETED ON AUG 1, 2024 WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE IN 2014 AND THERE WERE ZERO LEAKS IN THE ROOF ANYWHERE WE HAD THE ROOF REPLACED AND IT LEAKED LESS THAN A YEAR LATER THEN AGAIN IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT. I REPAIRED THE CEILING THE FIRST TIME AT MY EXPENSE AND WAS NOT COMPENSATED FOR IT BUT I LET IT GO BUT THIS TIME **** PAYNE HAS REFUSED TO BE REASONABLE AND REPAIR HIS MISTAKES. HE HAS CONSTANTLY BLAMED THE LEAK ON WINDOWS THAT HAVE NEVER LEAKED. THE WINDOWS HAVE CONDENSATION ON THEM WHEN IT IS COLD BUT THE ONLY TIME THERE WAS WATHER POURING FROM THE CEILING WAS WHEN IT WAS RAINING AND THAT STOPPED AS SOON AS I HAD THE NEW ROOFER FIX THE ROOF. THEY DID NOT TOUCH THE WINDOWS AND THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF RAIN SINCE IT WAS REPAIRED AND THERE HAS BEEN ZERO ISSUES. ALSO THE WINDOW SILS ARE COMPLETELY DRY NOW AND WHEN WATER WAS POURING OUT OF THE CEILING SO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR THE PROBLEM TO BE THE WINDOWS. I HAVE RECEIPTS, PHOTOS, VIDEO AND A REPORT PROVING NO PAYNE ROOFING WAS NEGLIGENT AND DID NOT INSTALL THE ROOF PROPERLY WHICH RESULTED IN THE LEAK AND DAMAGE

    Contacted the No Payne crew in November 2022 for a quote for a new roof. Found out they also did insulation top up. ***** came out and explained everything. Insulation top up was done in December and that went great. Even though they had to work on the coldest day of the year. The new roof and new gutters were booked for spring 2023.All the work was completed at the beginning of May 2023. Roofers did an excellent job, all while working during very hot days. My yard was kept clean throughout the process and all were very nice to deal with.**** the owner came to inspect the roof after it was completed. Very nice man.Gutters were put in within a few days of the roof being completed. The fellow took the time to discuss certain changes that he thought would work better. Very nice to deal with as well and the yard was kept clean also.No Payne is very reliable, estimates did not change from the original quote and all were great to deal with. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone.****************
