    I had ******* Slate hail proof roofing put on my roof 8/2020, the roof keeps popping up all over, they were notified and they have been out several times since then and glued them down. It continues to pop up, apparently this is a faulty product. I would like them to replace ******* with a better product with longer teeth. This product shouldn't require gluing down, this has caused undue stress to me this is an expensive roof.

    I would like to open complaint regarding Euroshield Roofing, the warranty on the roof is for 50 years and the last time they came out and glued down the roof was April 21st 2023, That was after 3 requests to them. I have not heard from them regarding current shingles coming up. I am again requesting a new roof with shingles that don't require being glued down, they need to honor the warranty I feel they are evading the issue because the roofing material is so expensive to replace. It isn't right that I have to continually call to come back out and glue down the roof especially when the glue isn't holding.

    I can assure you that the Euroshield warranty team will return to evaluate and fix the remaining unlocking shingle. There is currently no risk of leakage as the shingle is effectively shedding water.

    It is important to have good weather conditions in order to ensure the proper effectiveness of the adjustment, which will preferably be done during springtime.
