***** and team were excellent to deal with at Designer Coachworks. We needed to have a repair done on the front cap of our fifth wheel. We were quoted a price at the ** dealership that was 2 times the cost we were charged at **. The work was excellent with the repair and blending of the paint colour look great. We were also able to pick our ** up a day early. Thanks for the great job!!

They caused over two thousand dollars in wiring damage to my coach by cutting wires to my backup camera and slide outs as assessed by the RV dealer repair shop. They refuse to take ownership of the damage done in their shop knowing full well those functions did work previously while in their care. Beware of a double whammy of incompetence and lack of responsibility for their damages.

We had this motorhome in our shop through the winter for a new roof, and new ceiling panels caused from water damage. A few months after the repairs were completed, we were asked to take a look at the backup camera which wasn't working. At that time, we advised that we don't get into electronic repair, but could take a quick look to see if it was something simple for him. In diagnosing, we simply unplugged a wiring harness attached to the back of the camera to see if it would power up, which it did not. We advised the owner that this was out of our scope, to which he acknowledged, and took it to Guarantee RV for further inspection. At no time during our care were any wires cut. Checking in with Guarantee RV they had the following to report; Reading this and our customer work order, in all to me looks like a component failure, a rubber roof and interior panel replacement has nothing to do with the inoperative camera or the component failure of the camera.
