    I cancelled the items from VP health solutions way back November 2023 and returned back the water purifier. I thought all is done but I keep on receiving emails from flexiti on my balance. I just ignored it not realizing that my account was not cancelled. Today, May ******, I call the flexiti because I wondered why I keep on receiving emails from them and they said that I have an account that needs to pay. How can I pay the items that i do nit even used. I hope that BBB can help me on this matter.

    They left a bill under my ******* account name without my knowledge as I already asked them to cancel the membership I was forced to signed. After 3-4 days i called the lady who came to my apartment to cancel all the membership as im not really interested to for that direct sale/items but she insist to cancel but i've been pushing her to cancel, then later on she told me that I will be charge for cancelation fee by *******, after I talked to the lady, I called ******* to ask about the cancelation fee and they said there is no cancelation fee at all, so I called back the lady again and told them about it and bugging her to cancel all membership that I signed as I was just forced by her, and at the end of bugging her she finally said that she already told her boss name *************************** to cancel and upon following up, I was told that the cancelation was already on process by *************************** the *** of VP HEALTH SOLUTIONS. I was so confident that they process to cancel. After 2 years, few months ago I was just surprised that I received a bill from *******, so I called ******** they said they paid stuff from VP Health Sol. Which is not I haven't received and what I know is they canceled but instead of cancel *************************** received the money from ******* for her own benefits. I've message her to pls. Settle the bill under my name but she ignored she said to settle it with me but I told her to settle it with ******* bec. Why she asked ******* to finance the product Infact I haven't received any products from them.     I ordered a ****** brand item since Nov 2023 but was not delivered on time. I patiently waited 60 days for the item to be delivered and so I have decided to cancel my order. BUT ******* already paid them in full amount and I have been receiving ********* billing monthly. I requested for refund but the owners kept on ignoring me. It has been 6 months already and I still did not get my refund for almost $4000. If I only knew about their business scheme, I should not have trusted them. I have been informed that they deceived customers and ******* people and I am one of their victims. I hope BBB could help me and have resolution and let Albertans aware about this.This is their new business address: *****************************************************************************
