    I had my system with triton security installed *** 2023 and I have had nothing but issues since day one I have had fire and police dispatched to my home without my authorization I have had equipment that does not work properly not get fixed I have contacted the members of the company many times and been ignored on replacing items and turning items back on I asked for my account to finally be cancelled and was told that legal would stepping in I have not had working smoke alarms for three months and that is a huge risk for my family I pay my bills on time never missed a payment so Im not sure what the issue is I have attached multiple photos with conversations regarding my issues Some were phone calls But most importantly the most recent issues are detailed We have a contract and are making payments monthly for a broken service I would appreciate your assistance

    I sent this email last night  requesting my account to be put on hold until this issue is rectified.

    i have not received a response.

     

    i just want to add that while I have been communicating with the owner and the other man who is a investor i have been belittled, laughed at, yelled at, put down and spoken to in a very inappropriate manner being labelled with nicknames.

    We have our VP of Accounting looking into this situation and all of the relevant history.

    Rest assured we are taking this very seriously.  We have removed you from EFT for the time being. 

    We understand you are on a monthly payment plan for both your camera system equipment and alarm system equipment and we will look into each. 

    Please look for a response within ** hours. 

    We also see that you are re-scheduled for this Friday afternoon (Dec **, 2023) for a complimentary service appointment. This was originally set for December *, 2023 but was canceled enroute due to the illness of one of your family members. Is this something you still wish to proceed with?

    We requested an account manager that has not been involved in communication with the client to complete an analysis of the clients profile / contract to offer a non-judgmental review. We asked them to review services notes, monitoring center alarm logs as well as text messages from the client. Details are documented.
