      My elderly mom went to buy shoes. She tried on a pair that were a little tight. The lady working there said she can return them if my mom changed her mind. She also said she can stretch them for my mom. My mom asked her that if she stretched them, could she return them? The lady said yes it would still be ok to return. My mom decided not to stretch them, just to buy them and try them again at home. They didnt fit quite right so she went back the next day June * **am and the male manager refused to return them as they were bought on sale. My mom told him that the lady said she could return them regardless but he wouldnt budge or call the lady. He said shed be in at ***. He would have my mom wait in the mall for * hours. She checked in again at * and the lady was there but of course denied everything she said the day before. They were such a rude and deceitful couple. And I feel like they took advantage of my mom because shes a senior. They ***% **** and my dad was there as a witness when my mom bought the shoes and also heard the lady guarantee my mom that she could return the shoes if she changed her mind. They were unworn, perfect condition. The man was aware that my mom would be waiting in the mall all day for the lady to return. He likely told the lady to deny everything, and just wasted my moms time and completely **** to her. Terrible terrible customer service.
