    Unlike a couple reviews i read my experience was completely different. I was doing a bathroom reno and was looking for a 60 x 56 shower base. Saw Custom Shower Bases being advertised and sent of an e-mail for a quote. I was contacted by the owner and from there he worked with me to get exactly what i wanted. If I had questions i'd send an e-mail or call and always got a reply. ***** (owner) gave me a price i was happy with and a 4-5 week production time plus shipping. I live on the east coast in ************ and the company is in *******. My shower base and wall kit was manufactured in 5 weeks and took 8 days to arrive here. The shipping crate it came in was built like a tank. I've rarely seen anything crated this well. Needless to say it took a while to uncrate. The quality and looks of the diamond core base and walls is excellent. Can't wait to get it installed. I'm giving this review 5 stars because my dealings with the company and the owner was none other that great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a custom size shower base

    I purchased a custom shower base bc of its well documented advantages over tile. I needed a custom shower base bc the drain in my shower was off-center. I chose this company bc of its quality product and competitive price, as well as its professional website which includes informative video clips (***********************************).I had no problem placing the order online on 3/14/23. However, I contacted the manufacturer to cancel it immediately after reading BBB complaints the next day. I was extremely concerned by complaints that described excessive delays and receiving inadequate or broken products. The owner of the company reached out to me personally and convinced me not to cancel, promising to deliver the product I had ordered to my satisfaction promptly. I paid the original price of the product and I was not charged for expedited shipping. On 3/21/23 I was informed that the product was with the shipper awaiting delivery and that we would have to pick it up from the hub due to its size. The shipper delayed repeatedly and even gave me conflicting information on when it would arrive, but that was likely outside of the shower base manufacturers control. On 3/30/23, we confirmed the product had arrived at the hub and we drove almost an hour to pick it up. It had been very well packaged for delivery.My contractors opened the box and confirmed the product was in perfect, new condition. They proceeded to install it and test it for leaks, finding none. They were so impressed with the product hat they asked me where I had ordered it so they could share this information with their other clients. My bathroom remodel is ongoing so I have not actually used the product yet, but so far I have zero complaints. I am sharing this review in the hope that it will counterbalance some of the negative complaints on this site. This company also has very happy customers, and I am one of them!
