      Get Assist suggested that we would get referrals through their system and promised a refund if we didn't get ** referrals within a year. It was our responsibility to act on the referrals. We did not get one referral.

      I have taken a personal look into your complaint and am a bit surprised by the information  you have provided in this complaint. To start, it looks like you did actually receive a few leads directly to your account, in addition to receiving over ** interactions on your Ad, that is on our business directory. As we have your Facebook, LinkedIn, and Website linked to your Ad, our members can be taken directly to your socials and website, to then contact you directly. They may not choose to submit a request through our system, but in fact many people who use GetAssist locate a business on our directory, then continue on to their website or socials to then contact you directly. This shows us that on top of all the other tools that have been available to you throughout your year with us, the account, and especially the Ad did create some great traffic for your business.When you did contact us about being unsatisfied, we provided you with a free second year with us, as it’s important to us that every member has a great experience with GetAssist. This meaning you have full access to the account until April 202*. Unfortunately we were unable to provide a refund, as the account and Ad performed as expected, and in fact created some great traffic to your website and social media. With that being said, you do currently have a free second year on us, and if you do have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at ******************* as we are more than happy to help.
