    I purchased a skin care package February 8th, 2024 for $1029. I went to book an appointment and the shop was closed and empty. The phone number was discounted and their website was disabled. They won't return my text messages or emails.

    Dear **** and to whom it may concern,

    Upon reviewing our records, we found that on May 6 at 12:59 PM, a message was sent to the client's email and phone number, informing them of the temporary closure of our location and offering an alternative solution to receive services at a collaborating clinic.

    Additionally, a phone call was made with the client on the same date, May 6, at 3:40 PM, which lasted 5 minutes and 47 seconds. Please note that our phone calls are recorded, and the client was informed of this at the beginning of the call. During this conversation, the client was presented with a solution and agreed to it.

    We find it surprising to receive a complaint regarding this matter, as a solution was offered and accepted. As mentioned earlier, the solution provided was to have the client's services completed at a different clinic we collaborated with, With no additional charge. (Doc are added for your reference).

    Regardless, We will make sure to reach out to the client again to book her appointments.
