    I had buy a cooking pressure Cooker from the Bombay spices when I used to cook the cooker did not give a whistle in order to know that food is cooked I was shock that this pressure cooker is a diffective product I was scared that the food will fly to the cieling & the food got spoiled it all got stuck in bottom of cooker & burnt out I m an Senior Citizen so I went to the store to returned the cooker the store manager by name Harsh refused to return the cooker I ask him to replace the cooker or Refund but he refused it bluntly I leave in ****** for almost **************************************************************** ******,this store is run by East Indian people They get the store licence to give best service to customer by Canadian Goverment & to abide the ****************** of this country for customers I paid $85.30 cents for the cooker its hard on me been an senior citizen to not get my money back I had receipt as well .i would kindly request to your office to help me in getting back my money or I get the cooker which works.Thanking you in Anticipation Yours truly ****** *****

    First, please note that our store maintains a strict policy against refunds on hardware items, including pressure cookers. This policy is clearly displayed throughout the store, so customers are fully informed prior to making a purchase (Please check the picture attached). This policy applies equally to all, and exceptions are not made under any circumstances.

    Regarding the specific cooker issue as described, its worth mentioning that pressure cookers require precise usage to function properly and safely.Misuse, such as insufficient water levels or incorrect heat settings, can cause food to burn or the cooker to malfunction. We want to ensure our customers are aware of these details, as improper use can impact the performance and longevity of the product. Given these factors, we cannot assume responsibility for potential issues arising from misuse.

    Additionally, our records and witness accounts from customers in the store indicate that, during the complaints visit, his conduct was verbally aggressive and intimidating toward our staff. We value our employees'well-being and have zero tolerance for behaviour that creates a hostile environment. Multiple customers present at the time of this interaction have offered to provide statements if necessary, and we must insist that all interactions remain respectful moving forward.

    If you have further questions regarding the usage of your product or would like guidance on its operation, we are more than willing to assist.However, please understand that refunds or replacements cannot be issued in this case due to the reasons outlined.
