    Worst Shopping Experience !!! I ordered online badminton shoes and a badminton racket on 28th July 2022, and the amount is already paid. After 15 days on 12th Aug 2022, they cancelled the order. The reason for cancelling is why I enquired about the status of delivery in an email ticket to the store They responded you haven't read the terms and conditions so we have cancelled your order. In Summary, they wasted my 15 days. Clearly mention how many days you will take to ship custom or regular orders, if it takes more than half a month period at least mention to the customer in your terms and conditions. Don't mention in ambiguous terms it will take long.

    Your order was canceled because you lied to us. You claimed to have agreed to the Terms of Service, but later admitted that you did not. When it becomes apparent through their words and actions that customers do not intend to abide by the Terms of Service, all transactions cease immediately. In the future, please do not order from us if you do not intend to abide by our Terms of Service. That way you will not be wasting your time or ours.
