    I contacted the company mentioned about a.storage space. He told me the price and that there's a deposit. I sent the deposit via etransfer. Later that night, I found out I no longer needed the storage space. I txt the manager right away, around 1am. I txt him again in the morning,, he informed me the deposit was not refundable. He did not mention this when I first spoke to him the day before.. I ******* ******* **** **** **** ***** ****.

    I gave notice a few months back that I didnt need my rv storage ,I had paid till the end of the the year . I was owed $35 for key return . I kept the key just in case I was going to need the space again . Returned the key in the last weeks of December and was told I would get an etransfer .I did not , I returned the next day to claim it , but I was threatened by the supervisor .I spoke with the ****** and they have had multiple complaints in the last few weeks . Dont use this place or trust you will get your deposit back .

    I rented a storage locker to store my truck in. It was there for a few months. It was paid until the end of September. I called on September 21 to inquire about canceling. The owner said they will call back. I then texted on September 23 notifying I never got a call back. He then said it was canceled. I looked on my credit card bill and there was a ****** charge and a ****** charge so I texted him to inquire about the charges and the response I got was I told him the truck was moved out and we were canceling . What I said was hello I'm calling about canceling my storage space as I don't need it past this month (sept) I explained I was the storage unit with the truck and he said he would call me back. He then said that I said I moved the truck out and canceled. So the charges were for a lock ***** and wary cancelation. I didn't officially cancel I was looking into what the charges were or if I needed to give 30 days notice. He never did call. And the lock was cut off while the storage unit was paid until the end of the month.
