    I got behind on my account by 15 days I sent them an interac payment and was told there was a special way to make interac payments and to cancel payment. So I did I talked to **** and they said they would send me an email to make an interac payment. They still have not provided an email. I have phoned them several times asking for the email also a worker told me because of the mix-up he would waive the late fees. I spoke to them on the 9th or 10th offering to pay half on my **** and the other half by interac. They refused multiple times saying they can't accept partial payments . I just got an email, stating they can't accept partial payments therefore they were inventoring my contents and sealing my unit getting ready to auction it off despite being only 36 days late. They are very rude and have refused payment 4 times. What an I to do. They now have added approx almost a $100.00 in late fees. Please help
