      On October 24, 2024 I placed an order for Iridium SBD sim activation through this company, and I was asked for the **** 4 days later after emailing them a couple times to get the device activated. I paid for the service and activation. Since then I haven't heard, called several times, left a callback number with their phone service and have sent many emails. Haven't heard back. Device activation takes less than a few hours. I have since emailed requesting a refund, and telling them not to activate it. I have since activated with another company (completed same day) and have emailed again requesting a refund but haven't heard back.

      I ordered a wine guard carry out satellite antennae and stand on the 16th of July,2024.They took the thousand plus dollars off my credit card on the 17th and stated that an email with Canada Post tracking number would be sent shortly. It will be two weeks tomorrow that I havent received the tracking info nor the paid for product.All 6 emails sent were not answered,nor my emails. They have a Third party answering company that takes info and sends it to the appropriate people. No answer from them neither. They have my money and I dont have the tracking number ,product ordered nor any returned correspondence. I just want My money back !

      Made a purchase online on August 21, 2023. Paid by ACH $11,595.69 CAD.Never received the order and want a refund. My emails have gone unanswered and when I call,all I ever get is the answering service which I leave my name and number but nobody calls me back. They don't have any of my item left in stock to fill the order so I want my money back.Invoice# ****** (their GST# *********)

      This is regarding two orders placed with Canada Satellite.Order #* on August **, 2022 for an Iridium ***** Satellite Phone + Box kit, and airtime card. The phone and airtime card were delivered on September **, 2022, but not the box kit. Email inquiries on the status of the box kit received a reply indicating the item would be "shipped soon". After several months of unresponsive emails/phone calls the box kit has not been received. The request for resolution to this matter is to ship the Box Kit, or reimburse the amount paid. Order #* was on August **, 2022 for an Iridium *** **** ********** Adapter + airtime card, and accessories. The Adapter and airtime card were received on October **, 2022, but not the accessories. Emails and phone calls inquiring on the status of these items have not received a response. The request for resolution is to either ship the accessories, or reimburse the amount paid.

      Sold me a satellite sim card and hook up but wouldnt allow **** card over the phone instead of email. Never would answer calls or return emails.Said in an email that he would be more than happy to refund money, then when I asked for refund within 12 hours of getting hooked up he said I would have to continue to pay for 3 months even though cancelled. I want a refund and I am not paying for 3 months. I cancelled the contract. Please read complaints on their website.

      A refund was offered to this customer prior to activation.  The customer returned a signed credit card authorization form and confirmed he wants to proceed with the activation.  Once the service is active, the contract has commenced.  We do not offer refunds on airtime as per our Terms and Conditions.

      My company ordered 7 satellite phones which have not been delivered. They have not been responsive despite many emails and ultimately a request for a credit so we can order *********. The value of the order is 12k US and **** is not able to help us. Please help us get our refund and help make sure this company doesnt do this to others. They have quite a few negative reviews online which we of course should have checked.

      I paid for minutes at the beginning of march. I did not receive them, I emailed and called multiple times, finally two months later I got a response, after I had asked for a refund. I did not get a refund but I got my minutes which I no longer wanted as I felt the service was unreliable. I emailed and called about this and was back to being ignored. Now Ive received an email saying my sim is about to expire and I will loose all my minutes. Now I have to spend more money to keep my minutes. I have called multiple times and have yet to receive a call back.
