    I booked a tattoo scar camouflage appointment with Dariana Garcia but Dariana scheduled me with a different person Sarvi B. I had to pay for my treatment upfront and I advised Dariana that I did not feel comfortable paying upfront, what if the work did not get done? Dariana reassured me the work always gets done. Dariana and ***** did not even take the time to match up my skin tone to the color they chose to tattoo my skin for the scar camouflage and I have been left with discoloured marks all over my body. I expressed my concerns to both Dariana and ***** and I was advised that they would remove the tattoo ink, I asked Dariana if it would scar and she said no it would not. I was left scarred after the procedure. Dariana kept advising me she would fix the damage her and ***** caused me but they never did. Dariana booked an appointment for me on March 31st 2024 and and then canceled and then booked me another appointment on June 15th 2024 and then canceled and then said that she was not booking any appointments until fall. Dariana has been deliberately dragging this matter out and now has refused to repair the damage herself and ***** has done and has refused to pay me back my money. I have asked for my money back multiple times and she has refused and she did not complete the work she promised me she would correct. I have paid for a service in full that Dariana did not provide and I want my money back.
