    On ***** **** I ordered a cab through the company app for a ride to the airport at 3:45am. I then took the cab to the airport. The driver instructed me that I had to pay in the car before leaving the cab so I did. I was then also charged on the app. ****** was charged to my MasterCard and ****** was charged to my visa (cab + tip).I have contacted this company 5+ times now via email and via phone for a refund. Each time I am told that they are processing the request and it should be in my account in 3-5 business days. It has now been 11 business days since the last time they told me this. I would like help receiving a refund on my MasterCard as I dont believe they are actually processing any of my requests.
