    I am not east indian I do not believe I should listen to their prayers on the radio when I take a cab..All I wanted was a ride..These people have pushed this on me a few times now.Any chance I can get a driver that is not racist...I just want a ride..!!

    Five gold stars for driver **** car 216. I rode for the second time today with this friendly and helpful driver. He has a little feature in his car that perhaps every car should have. He has a sign on the back of his seat that says in big letters, 216 ****. Not a big deal, but a very nice touch. Regards, ******.

    Every time I get a car about 4ish in the am the drivers always yell at me because destination payment, that someone else is paying I think its completely rude. Yes I understand people run or try to cab n ditch but seriously uncalled for rudeness to yell at your passengers.

    I was being proactive as a result of the big snowstorm on Tuesday. I phoned on Tuesday to book in advance a taxi for 8:15 am today. When the taxi didn't show, I phoned and of course was on hold for awhile. The man I spoke to told me the cab would be there at 9:15 am. I said I already called work and booked the day off. The cab driver and company had my phone number -- why couldn't someone take one minute and call to let me know the taxi would be one hour late. I guess the answer is that they don't care !

    Waited over two hours for Taxi this morning Called Mayfair at 7:17 this morning and I am still waiting Called was advised nothing they can do it snowed Was on hold and disconnected twice Never had any issues like this when it was Mayfair Will not be using either after today Horrible service

    Not very impressed with the customer service reps, maybe a little better training might help, I’ve had really good ones and really poor ones but the last one I just had was as bad as they come
