      I've been trying to get ahold of Triton global for about 3 weeks it's taking me and finally today someone emailed me back after I went through **** and back and forth to Triton global over a $30 **** some gaming app as well I see other people have said the same thing. I was wondering how to go about making a complaint against these guys as I see it's a reoccurring process. I was searching a package on ****** **** when it happened to me and as I was typing in my tracking number the page automatically went to moving goes gaming app and sent me a verification code as I was unaware of what was happening I typed in the verification code and it told me to type allow so I did still thinking that I was searching for a package. After it told me it was charging me $30 it gave me a link for this gaming app which I clicked on and it said it was unable to load. I was unable to find any way to sign in or figure out what my password was or anything of the sort. I typed in deny hoping that it would help to let them know that I did not want this but as I think it was a scam I'm pretty sure they ****** **** * ****. I'm just not going to pay the $30 and see what **** says about it because if she goes down I'm just canceling my phone line all together there's too many ways for these ******** to get us these days it's very sad I blame it on the people coming to this country only to do as little as possible for all they can get. I'm confused as to why Triton is getting away with it?!

      The caller has spoken to our customer ********************** via email on Jan 17th, then by phone on Jan 23, then by email again on Jan 24 so I am not sure how he has found it difficult to reach us. It is interesting to note that he never mentioned *********** or how he found the site to incur the charges in any of those discussions. We have explained the charges each time. By his own admission, he took all the steps (which are extensive) in order to accept the service and be charged. We will not be refunding the charge at this time.

      I had a charge on my phone bill for $3.89. I did a reverse lookup on the number called and found it is flagged by Bell as having a high rate of scammers useing this number. I phoned Triton Global Assist-ann and they were very unhelpful. All they want is the money and don't care that scammers are using their service. They have blocked my number on their service but I still have the charge on my bill. I watch a TV program ** *** every night between 7pm and 7.30pm without fail monday to friday and this charge was at 7.19pm on a Wednesday so there is no way I made this call for assistance with an 800 number at that time. I may have answered the phone if it rang but I hang up if it is * ******* or recording. and don't push any buttons on the phone. Triton is a ******** best friend....feel free to use that as a new logo.
