      I had an incident at this theater. I didn't get the manager as I was with my son and the movie was about to start and I had plans directly after. I contacted guest services the following day and they assured me if I explained the situation the manager would get back to me. I would not have taken the time to type it all out and relive it if they were just going to blow me off. Instead they sent me a generic apology addressed to movie lover instead of my name or addressing the problems I had stated. Briefly, the issue was initially that we couldn't find our seats because barely any seats in the section we were in had numbers. If there is going to be assigned seating, guests need to be able to find their seats. When we finally located them they were occupied. When I informed the woman calmly that we had reserved the seats she started shouting at me erratically and refusing to leave. When she finally did rudely leave she did this to several other guest's before settling at the very front of the theater which were clearly her assigned seats. This was the second night of an extremely popular teen and kids movie and there were no staff there to ensure that everyone was acting orderly or to remind everyone to sit in their reserved seats. As someone recovering from narcissistic abuse, being shouted at in my face for no reason by a complete stranger was extremely traumatic for me and not only ruined my night but my entire weekend. This happened in front of my young son making matters worse. Clearly this business has no regard for it's customers as if they had taken five minutes to actually ready complaint and address it, I would have felt better about a really horrible experience. As it is I will not be returning with my family, I'll stick to places that value my business and treat me like a human being.

      went to watch an R rated movie (********* *** ********) and there were children watching movie aswell. besides the uncomfort i felt because of language and grafic images this frickin kid was constantly kicking my seat. no house staff to talk to nothing. very unhappy with me visit and circumstances

This rating does allow for children under the age of 18 to attend the film with an adult. We must comply with this rating system. R rating is an American rating. As for the child who was kicking your seat, we are very sorry to hear that. Our theatre staff conduct checks every 30 minutes.
