    Visit date Feb 21-2024.Invoice no - **************.***** paid to canadiantire $104.21 for my car oil change . But Had to Spent $155 +$84 with other businesses for canadiantire's mistake.Hello Officer,I am writing you with great regret that I visited canadiantire to get better service but it wasn't unfortunately.i paid them to change my oil for my car.and came back home .after few months mid of May my car started to give signal for engine oil low in red colour which require immediate attention. I took it to a nearest mechanic shop as I know with this light on dash board I sud not drive .mechanic found that drain plug was lose and off the place .oil all over the place.they had to put oil back as it was drained out totally .they said who did change the oil last time did not tight the plug / NUT properly, mobile filter was lose too.they told me it might have damaged the engine. I paid them $84 for a oil change which wasent due .I called canadiantire few time later I found one person name ******* he was trying to put blame on other mechanic as they had no mistake.finding no other way I took it to mazada dealer they told me the same thing and told me that even if that got damaged hey can't find unless they open up the engine.i declined. I spent $155 to have them check to hear that it's not visible at this point but may have to change the earlier than usual if that has damaged slightly. My car is new 2020 model.still paying loan.financialy struggling. Who is gonna take the liability? Had they not done this mistake i would not haf to spent $335 extra and staying in mental trauma hat anytime soon my engine will be stop and I will have to replace the engine. I am worried to take it to long trip too thinking hat it will have issue and I will be stuck at road.even after having new car my pice of mind is lost because canadiantire employee negligence. They will have to compensate. I have all the invoices that I had to spent because of their negligence. Please help .
