  The WORST Business I have ever dealt with!!Shipping a Vehicle from ********* ** to ******* ******* Don't believe anything you see on their "Fancy" website, all lies.Received competitive quote so thought I would give them a try.Originally my Vehicle was to be shipped on a train. Found out afterwards Rocket Auto was planning on subbing it out to another shipping company.The train plan didn't work out so Rocket Auto told me they could arrange a truck for another $700. I figured I had no choice, so I agreed, then the fun started. They would not give me an exact schedule to ship my vehicle, They stopped answering my emails, txt and phone calls when I finally received some communication they kept delaying and delaying the date using all the excuses in the book. a couple times they would give me a date and when that date arrived they had another excuse. Finally after 4 weeks of waiting they told me it was going to be delayed longer due to mechanical problems with their truck. I responded with a Cancelation email which I was shocked they accepted and informed me I would get a refund in 14 days. 2 weeks later I had to ask for the refund which they actually did send. (minus a towing charge that they charged double what it was to deal with the tow truck directly.)I can't believe a company can even exist with such horrible service. I learned a big lesson....read reviews and stay away from a company that has such bad ratings.

  TRANSPORTERS BE AWARE . This guy is ***** , he hired me to move some units and than run away with my money $8500 dollars. He has alien names every time pretend to be different , ************ bla bla . ***** ***** *****

  HUGE MISTAKE! This shipment was an absolute nightmare for me! The staff kept in contact with me just until I dropped my car off. I was told it would take 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks and called to keep in touch with the progress. At this point I was already in Edmonton. The car stayed at the depot for 2 weeks before it was shipped from Ontario to Edmondon. Another week later, I get a call from the driver at 3:45pm on a Friday that I can come pick my car up 9am on Saturday. I already told one of the staff that I cannot pick my car up on a weekend because I work irregular hours and they agreed that I could pick my car up in a 24 hour lot in Edmonton. The driver says he wasn't informed of this and calls the manager to confirm. The driver called me back to inform me that yes, I'll drop it off at a 24 hour parking lot but we cannot disclose the location to you yet because you owe Rocket Auto Haulers money. I already paid them in full!! I call Rocket Auto Haulers and they don't pick up the phone. Fine--it's Friday, so I call them on Monday--straight to voicemail. I call them Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday---straight to voicemail!! I was about to report my car stolen to the police with 90% of my house in it! As a last ditch effort, I called the driver of the car for the 5th time to PLEASE tell me where my car is being kept. My rental car costed me an additional $1000 because i had to keep extending it. The driver finally texts back after 3 days and tries to get in contact with Rocket Auto Haulers. He couldn't get in contact with them either. He had to reach out to the owner! 2 more days later I just get an email from Rocket Auto Haulers saying my car is ready for pick up. No apology, no admission of their mistakes. The car reached on May 13 and I was informed on May 17th after making 50+ calls! I was stressed and couldn't focus on my new job because of them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There is no trusting them with your car!

  I brought my car to the ******* location to be shipped to NS.on the 13th of Oct. . I was told it would take approx 3 weeks. After a few weeks I phoned to see the location of my car, no one seemed to know then all the excuses started after contacting them many times. Finally on Oct. 17th I was told my car had arrived. I phoned the location and was told it wasnt there yet. Finally on Nov. 23rd my car arrived safely. I was told never to use that company again as they were very unreliable. I found that out too late.

  My car was picked up from ******** on June 22 to be shipped to *******. It has now been over 5 weeks and we are getting no replies to the inquiries we are making and have no idea where our vehicle is. This car will be reported stolen today.
