    The travel agent (****** at Park Lane Travel) my cousin and I booked airline tickets on Oct 17 2022 to ******** had our names wrong. We contacted her immediately and twice more before our flight on Jan 17 2023 to ensure they had been changed. She said she changed the names on the manifest but that did not update our boarding passes. As a licensed travel agent she should have known that would not correct the issue. The day of our flight, we could not board because they were still incorrect. We had no choice but to book 2 new tickets ($716.23 each) 5 minutes before the gate closed, from ******* to ******* in order to make our connection. She advised us to contact Air ****** and told us it was their fault but it wasn't as per their email that is attached. She is refusing to take responsibility and refund us for the two new tickets we bought on the same flight and has refused all contact with us since. By the time we landed in ******* she had reissued all of the remaining flights and we had no more issues after that. If she had done her job properly last October we could have avoided the entire situation but she lied to us and did not do her due diligence as a licensed travel agent. We have exhausted all other measures to get our money back from her other than suing her in small claims court. Hoping you can resolve the matter with her on our behalf before we go that route.
