    I placed an order approximately six weeks ago for a living tribute to be sent to a friend ***** ****** *** ****** ****. I received confirmation that the order had been received, but never that it had been shipped. I contacted a living tribute after three weeks and asked for a status update and inform them that I never received confirmation that had shipped. They told me that they would resend and six weeks later still nothing has appeared. I have sent two emails to the business, requesting an update and proof that it had been shipped or delivered and I have not received a response. I have used them multiple times in the past with no issues, but given this incident, * ***** ***** *** **** ****** *** ***** * ********* **** ** * **** **** **** ********* ***** ** ***. Theres no follow up and very disappointed in the experience.

    Hello, They have provided me with a *** tracking number and I feel that this issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.  As soon as I filed complaint with BBB I received a response from Living Tribute to state they were going to resolve this issue.   I would like to close out my complaint.
