    I asked and received an estimate for pruning some trees. After I received the estimate I heard nothing back from them until I inquired about a lack of response. At that time I was promised that someone would show up the next day. No one arrived until late afternoon at which time he said the tree was larger than they estimated and that they would return the next day. 5 days later I again inquired about what was happening and I got the response that the estimate had been put on ******* desk and he would be out the next day, which is today. It is now past 3:30 not only have I not seen anyone no one has returned my call. I would suggest to use a different company if you want a timey response because Calgary Tree Experts certainly does not provide it.
