    Hello , I Paid around **** CAD for 100 hours of tutoring at this business . less than 48 hours after paying , I discovered that we will likely leave the ******* to ****** before the 100 hours are completed , so I contacted the business with that concern and asked to sign up for 50 hours instead and get refunded for the other 50 hours . The request was declined and I was promised if I actually relocate they will refund the remaining amount . We did relocate after my daughter completed fifty hours and again they refused to to refund the remaining 50 hours . As a resolution we agreed that my daughter will receive the remaining fifty hours of tutoring online ( Despite my daughter does not benefit that much from online tutoring ) . what happened after that is unbelievable : They simply stopped answering our phone calls or Emails and we are left unable to schedule the remaining 50 hours of tutoring online . They simply seem to want to rip us off around **** CAD worth of tutoring . For the last 2 months we left many voice messages and many Emails but never returned our calls or answered the Emails .So what we I am asking for for is either they refund the remaining 50 hours ( Preferred ) or contact us so that we can start scheduling the remaining 50 hours . Thankfully , *******

    The customer purchased 100 sessions of tutoring and has used 87 of them to this point. The remaining 13 sessions were offered to be delivered online since the customer moved to ******, and in ****'s email in July, a request was made to set up a schedule for October. At that time, the fall schedule was not yet set up. An email was received today from **** to set up the schedule for October, and an email response was sent to her to determine times that would work.

    I have attached the record of attendance for the sessions ******** attended at Sylvan since she started in September 2021. I am not sure why there is such a difference between what you were told by the previous director and what is showing on the records.
