I found this company online and booked appointment for diagnostics. One of burner on my cooktop was not hearting and one was slow. They said we will charge diagnostics $99 and tell you how much cost it will be. The guys show up to my house asking where is washer dryer I told issue is with cooktop and he was like my company said washer dryer. Anyways he gets into house turn on cooktop and said within one second it is working fine.I am like I called you for a reason. I explained the issue first he argued that it is not issue then agree issue with one burner. But that is after I explained the problem. then he did not knew what was the cause asking me what I want to replace? I said if i knew what need to be replaced why would I call you? What is your diagnostics? He opened chart on ****** and tells me there are only 2 things we can replace I will replace whatever you want.Kept on arguing for and at the end swearing at me in my home left with $103.95 doing nothing. He said my fix charge to replace any part is 198+part cost ***** center said we do not know how much charge is but if your charges are fixed be honest to customers when they book) but I am not sure what need to be replaced as it can be switch or burner. (He did open the unit and took switch out showed be it seems like it is burned but that same **** was on another switch which is working fine. It took little effort for him to even close the back panel.( lack of experience?)He left home very rude, slammed by main door.
