on June 7th 2024, I phoned the business to inquire about a front passenger door for my F150 that they had listed online. I was told the asking price and told them that i would get back to them if i wanted to proceed. I called again on Monday June 10th, to ask a few more questions, one of them being if they would budge on the price. I was told that they could not budge on the price and that $700 would be the final price because of the fact that this specific door was in great condition, Which actually made me feel better about proceeding. I then asked them if they could send me pictures of the door showing the condition it was in. after receiving pictures, it was still hard to really tell, so I said VIA text that it was hard to tell from those pictures and asked if the door had any dings or scratches. (which i still have proof of) the person that was texting me said that they didn't see any and that it looked really good. I thought well ok and I then asked them to send me there email for ********* so that i could send them a deposit. I then sent them a $100 deposit and told them that someone would be picking the door up the next day (Tuesday the 11th) and would Etransfer the remaining Balance upon pick up. ($635) The door was picked up and brought to me on June 11th, at this time i was in shock of the condition that the door was in. It was clear that they were not honest with me. the door has multiple dings/dents and scuffs and scratches. I felt ripped off. I then called the business to express my disappointment, I was told that they would refund me $100. I told them that i wanted to return the door for a refund and was told that they could only give me an in-store credit. I quickly refused that offer telling them that that would be completely useless to me. I was simply asking to return the door and to be refunded, as I felt that I was taken advantage of as a result of their dishonesty. I have since sent an email asking to return the door for a refund, with no reply

I was sold a what was supposed to be a "RIGHT side front seat air bag" along with other parts for a 2017 RAM  1500 (total cost ********) by Canadian Used Auto Parts **** I got the parts home and when I went to install the air bag, I found that the Seat air bag was actually for the left side (and noted the left side serial number) I initially tried to get an exchange for the correct air bag, but was told no exchange (right side bag) was available, and that the air bag I was given would "work" I was told to call a dealer. Finally after several attempts to work with the ****, I purchased the correct RIGHT side seat air bag from another vendor, then sent proof to Canadian Used Auto parts of the difference and the incorrect part number they had sold me., asking for a refund. Again, no reply. I have called them, and texted them several times to try to settle but no answer or no offer to settle. Finally on **** *** ** **** ** I went and meet the owner at Canadian Used Auto Parts. After some discussion, he told me he would refund my money, and took the air bag back. We shook hands and I left. At this time I thought the matter was finally settled. Unfortunately, there has been no refund. Now I have no money and no air bag. I paid **** **** **** ******* for this airbag, and would like the agreed upon refund

****: I'm attaching the receipt I got for payment of the incorrect air bag I received from **** at Canadian Used Auto Parts.  I also have a picture of the airbag I received that is incorrect, along with a "correct" air bag for my application. It seems too large to attach. but I will try again.

      I meet with *** in person, who is the owner. He took the air bag they sold me back ( their number on it, in photo) and promised to refund my money.  That was 5 days ago. I have left reviews on their website as to their business practices. * **** **** **** **** ** *** ******* *** *** *** **** **** ** ****** *** *** ***** ****** **** ***** ******* ** ****** *****

I needed specific used parts for a salvage inspection for a vehicle and required the highest quality used parts. I contacted the dealer (****) "Canadian used auto Parts" ******* as they advertised grade A parts with the Car-part.com. Grade A part as advertised on the website. (Grade- A are the highest quality used parts. For body parts, this means that the components have no damage or one unit or less of needed repairs)On Sept 14, 2022 I paid $1575. Before making the e-transfer, I checked the parts pics that appeared to be in good condition and the dealer reconfirmed parts in excellent condition, no repairs needed prior to the shipping and payment.Sept 20, 2022 When I went to pick up the shipment, one of the items was completely damaged i.e $400.00. I have confirmed with the dealer that he was aware and intentionally shipped the damaged part. I have recorded voice clip (Phone call with dealer), where he clearly admits that prior to shipping he clearly knew the rear panel was damaged and no use for us but then deliberately shipped the part to make a profit I returned the item to the dealer to get full cash credit. The dealer paid $200 and held $200 as hostage store credit which I have no use for and refused to provide any paper work for it. I have followed up with the dealer so many times for paper work and to return the money and they refused to do so. Sept 27, 2022- the dealer threatened me and said he is not going to issue any money and his exact words were ** **** ******** ** *** ****** *** *** ***** ** ***** ****** ** ** **. **** *** *** ***** ** ** **** ***** ** *******This dealer made misleading representations on the website as "Grade A" to lure customers is unfair and deceptive business practices that would mislead the average person. Prior to shipping, the dealer was completely aware the part was not "Grade A" but deliberately shipped damaged parts and holding money and holding cash refund as store credit is part of a scam.

    Hi There,

This Gentlemen contacted us through Carpart.com for the parts he already explained ,which was in the car itself , The desired part was pulled off from the car but he was not satisfied with the way it was pulled off and he was rude and abusive with our employees and did not respected them at all , As a responsible seller we accepted the buyer concern , As you can see in our invoice its clearly written that all sales are final and there will be only exchange or in store credit will be provided but still we refunded him 210$ cash and rest amount as an Instore credit but after he received the cash he started threatening and posting pictures here and there and disrespecting us verbally ,He contacted car part from where he contacted us first they agreed with the solution we provided and they said to him the same but still this guy did not stopped or respected the decision . He was very hard to handle because he was not supportive at all even he was threatening and ******* our Manager ************ , His behavior was totally inhumane either its us or our employees .

Even now we do not have any issue in refunding the rest 200$ but before that he must provide us written apology either through your channel or personally or through email and must withdraw all his complains where ever he posted including BBB and ****** , He must delete all pictures he uploaded on social media and or any other places . We as a responsible seller always respect our customer concern but you can also understand by threatening or ******* you can not get result even in our invoice its clearly mentioned about terms and condition .

    Thanks & Regards
