    The only note I received was the car was in on the 27 with a pick-up time of two days.Good morning, *****, we messaged you on Wednesday but never got a response back from you, we weren't sure if you were out of town etc. I apologize for not reaching out a second time between then. Without hearing from you, we didn't know when you wanted to pick up, you also initially said you were in no rush to receive the vehicle. The vehicle has landed in Calgary and getting the out-of-province inspection done. We cannot cancel the deal at this point and for the delay, I would like to give you a $300 gas card for the inconvenience.You stated the car was in Calgary, getting cleaned and the inspection done. At no time did you tell me the car was ready. Stating you did not hear from me.. To assume anything other then telling me the car is ready, let us know when you can pick it up. I could understand if you contacted me and told me the car was ready. You did not do that. As you have not fulfilled you end and I do not have the vehicle but you have my money. You are right, the out-of-province inspection is not done, we are behind which is our fault and I apologize again for not reaching out in between the message on Wednesday. That is why I will be giving you the gas card as it was our mistake So, you have not fulfilled you side. Your staffing issue is not my problem.We will let you know as soon as it is ready for pick-up, we apologize again for the delay.You are kidding. Yes, I know it needed inspection. You did not bother to tell me it needed repair. You seem to think that you have done nothing wrong yet you failed to inform me you were selling a broken vehicle and in fact lead me to believe it would be ready for pick up after you cleaned it and do the inspection. Then you decided to not contact me and tell me it failed the inspection. There is more to the conversation no space.I am mute all my communication is text or email.

    We were able to resolve the issue with the client and he took possession of the vehicle with no further problems. All the concerns he had were resolved and he was happy with his purchase.
