    I feel humiliated by their unethical action. I bought the Rainbow cleaning system from the company via a distributor on May 16th 2021.I paid $3000 for the product but i was informed that to get the relevant accessories, i needed to pay the high prices for each or refer 8 friends and when they buy the product or arrange for a demo within 30 days, i will get points and will get the accessories. I agreed to the referral system was enrolled to it on the same day and i gave the names of 8 friends. All of them arranged for demos. Unfortunately, the distributor, Sunday that i was working with said he was unhappy with the company practices and left. The company had to find me a new distributor ******** to con with the demos. The delay from change in distributors through no fault of mine meant that i was not able to get all my demos in the 30 day period but most of them had been done and based on the fact that some of my friends bought the product i was told by ******** (text msg evidence i have) that i was atleast entitled to the shampooer and she was going to talk to her boss about the rest of the accessories as it was not my fault but she had the shampooer and will deliver to me when she was next in ********. I never got the shampooer, .i got in touch with ******** and she kept tell me that her boss lives in a remote area where there was no internet access, and she could not get a hold of him but every time she promised to deliver the product. I did a lot of research and got hold of the someone in the company who told me that he was the son of the owner and only dealt with warranty repairs, he hung up on me when i asked for his father's contact number or the company complain process or contact. I emailed the company from an internet search email address, and no one got back to **** want this company to provide ALL the accessories based on the agreement i had with them through their agreement with me. All Emails, contracts and text message evidence available on demand.
