    I ordered a machine from the owner of this business,***** ********. The purchase order total is $35,000. I have paid a total of $32,500. The machine was to be delivered within 4-6 weeks of the payment made in November 2024. As of now, they have not given me anything. He has stopped answering my calls and is not responding to my texts asking for update on the machine whereabouts. I have requested a refund in January and he said that is not possible, yet he would not deliver my machine.

    North Star Vending aka. Healthy Vending aka. **************** Group **** promised to assist with locations and send tracking/order details prior to the ordering of a vending machine. Company requested a down payment of ***** which I sent to them. After sending deposit, they now say that tracking/order details for the vending machine is confidential and finding me a location takes time while demanding that I pay them the remaining balance of ***** before however, I have nothing to show for the money I paid down and I have no proof the machine has been ordered. I only have their verbal statement that the machine has been ordered. They claim they will assist me with securing a location after I have paid them ******** Due to the uncertainty and their dishonest approach, I have asked for a refund of my down payment which I paid them on **** ***** **************************************************************************** the initial contract. I have already given them money and have nothing to show for it but they are saying I have no right to a refund. I don't want to pay more without any guarantee I will see something for my money. Note that I asked for this refund only 2 days after I paid the initial deposit.I have emailed the marketing manager (*********************) and called and texted the supply manager/owner (***************************). The response I received from the marketing manager is that I am not entitled to a refund and that they will assist with securing a location for the vending machine once I have paid all the money in full. The supply manager/owner first stated he will be working on securing me a location the next day and even stated he was going to try with an *************** however, rather than help me secure a location he demanded the balance of the money and changed his story stating that he cannot assist me with a location until all the money has been paid upfront. He and the marketing manager refused to refund my deposit of ***** and will not provide me with anything to show that the machine has been ordered.

    *************** had many many conversations about getting into the business . Initially he wanted to start with 3 machines but we then  recommended he start with one machine as he had never been in business before . *************** said he was going to sleep on it and would get back to us the next day . The following day *************** decided he was not going to do this business ** ** *** * *** ******* ***** ** *** *** **** *********** **** ** ***** ****** *** *******. *************** called back a few hrs later and said he wanted to start with 1 machine, hr provide us with a **** deposit and we told him the balance needed to be paid in a few days . We ordered the machine and a few days later he said he didnt trust us because we didnt have a location for his machine and that he wanted to see correspondence with our factory which we said is confidential and would not do that . We provide a reference for *************** to call and he never did ** ***** *** ******* ***** *** ** ***** *** **** *** ********* *** ***** ******** **** *******n . It takes 2 months to get machines and in that time we help assist in the location. process, *************** was aware of the next steps long before he even gave us a deposit . Its not fair that he is questioning our credibility when he cant even call a reference and in no way was he pressured to get into this business. Our process is very reasonable and very up front , we would like to help *************** be successful in this business but that is up to him we are a very hard working company *** *** *** **** **** ** ***** ** ***** **** ** *** *** ***** ** *** ******* *** ****** **** ** ******* *** *** ***** *** ****** . We are here to support *************** in the next steps but cannot help him if he doesnt want to pay for the balance on the machine .

    I am rejecting this response because It is apparent that North Star Vending Group is a very dishonest company. When I first contacted the Mr. **************************** I was reluctant to invest but he kept calling to convince me that I will be joining a profitable business. Yes, I did explain that I did not have money ** ***** ******* ** **** * ** ***** ******* ** * ****** ******. It is unfortunate that ******************** feels it necessary to include ******************** that was discussed with him. All I want is a refund of my *****, I do not want to have to go back and forth with him. * ** **** **** ********* **** * ** *** **** ** **** **** **** ******************

    *************** never answered any of statements on the last reply all hr is stating is he want a refund . ** *** **** *** ***** ** ***** ** ***** **** * ******* ******* ***** *** ******* *** *** ** * *** **** , he never called our references he hadnt acknowledged anything he just wants to blame us and we have done absolutely nothing to deserve this complete false accusations . This is not professional in any way . *** *** ******* *** ** * ** *** ********** **** **** ** *** **** *** *** ****** ** ***** ** ***** **** * ******* *************** ** *** ****** *** ************** *** ***** ******** . I am not sure how we can resolve this but its an unfair complaint in every way and its not acceptable.

    I am rejecting this response because: It was agreed that I could start with one machine because I had my reservations about the company. I decided not to give them any more money when they went back on their word as to when they would find me a location. I then asked for a refund **** * ******** * *** **** **** **.  They want me to  pay all the money upfront with just a verbal that the machine had been ordered and no guarantee they would find me a location. * *** ******** *** **** *** * ** * ****** ****** **** *** **** ** *******.  All I want is my money refunded and to move on.

Getting a refund when thats not an option as it states in the paperwork he made the decision with out any pressure to but 1 unit knowing it takes 6 weeks and in that time we will assist on getting a location . **** ********* ***** ** ** ******* *** *** **** ** ** ** ****** ** *** ******* *****

    I am rejecting this response because I have a right to complain if I am dissatisfied.  If they are a good company they will want to refund my money in good faith and move on. Actually, if other perspective clients see how professionally they handled my situation they may want to work with them in the future.
