    We had an exceptional experience with **** and his Weatherdek team from the first interaction when **** brought samples and explained our options. Weatherdek was able to meet, prepare a quote, order the vinyl, remove existing decking (vinyl, glass handrail & architectural pillars), prep the deck surface, and apply the new vinyl in under ten days. Additionally, everyone we interacted with hardworking, courteous and professional. We really appreciate the quality of workmanship and would like to thank ****, *** and **** for the care they took in completing the work, and how clean they left the deck and surrounding yard once they were done. **** made a recommendation for a company to consider using to replace our handrail system. He explained the two companies worked well together, and would book the work so that we wouldnt be living with an unfinished deck for weeks and weeks. As the Weatherdek team was packing up (after completing their portion of the project in under two days) the Star Aluminum Railing System team was waiting on the road to backup their truck so they could begin installing the handrails. The two companies coordinated the timing and I was able to relax and appreciate their efficient scheduling.I would highly recommend using this company and have included before and after photos of the work. We couldnt be happier with our finished deck!

    I am a repeat customer and have complete confidence in ****, **** and his team. The first installation was perfect (10+ years ago) and year's later (after a deck fire) we hired them again and we're equally happy with the timeliness, great communication and quality/detailed work. I would highly recommend Calgary Weatherdek.

    We had three decks replaced by Calgary Weatherdek after our 20 year old decks all leaked in a huge storm last month. **** and his team have been amazing - they came out at short notice and immediately did some short term repairs to stop any further damage - and this without us having made any commitment to use them for a longer term replacement. When we decided to go with them, they worked very hard to get the job done as soon as possible, despite some more heavy rains on some days which prevented then from working. Through the whole process, **** kept us regularly informed as to what would happen each day, and the team worked hard to give us a real fresh set of decks - great quality product and detailed workmanship. Definitely worth their A+ rating from the BBB and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them to others.
