I don't write a lot of reviews but the incredible job and service that Red Dot provided with a recent residential carpet cleaning was MORE than impressive. It started with the proper walk through of the job by their Cleaning Manager who was on time and very helpful. He then provided a quote when he said he would. Whilst the price was a bit higher than expected, I was comfortable knowing that this is not a standard carpet cleaning company. I was advised that many of the companies will be in and out in an hour and a half which is something that I directly asked the other 3 companies that I had requested quotes from. They confirmed that YES, most of the time a residential job like this would be about 1.5-2 hours tops. (none of the others I had chosen offered to come and inspect prior to quoting) The team arrived and got right to work, and they had their work cut out for them too because it is a white carpet that had not been cleaned in probably ***** years. These guys were here for 3+ hours. After a couple of days, we had several stains pop up that had obviously been there many years before. I requested that they come back and deal with those. No problem. Another 1.5+ hours. What can I say? As a self employed businessman for the past 35 years, I know what service means, and I know what a reputable company should act like. Red Dot ticks all the boxes of a top rate firm.
