    In March 2024 I signed a contract and put down a deposit for patio sealing with diamond windows. At the time I was told this would happen in July 2024. When July came I was told it would happen in August, in August I was told it would take * weeks to order supplies. In September a second ****** came out to inspect the job, and told me that work would begin the same day. He then left and no work was done. A little bit later in September I was told that it was being pushed off until spring of 2025. About a month ago I was told that someone was once again coming out to inspect the job, and that it would take * weeks to order supplies. (Even though I was told the supplies were being ordered last year) This week When I finally managed to get a hold of them again I was told that the price has now increased, but that they couldn't tell me by how much, and that they would get back to me with that information within ** minutes. It is now * days later, no one is returning my phone calls, my emails go unanswered, and the voicemail boxes of both phone numbers that I have for this company are full so I can't even leave a message.This ordeal has gone on for over a year so far, and they have visited the site three times to estimate coating for an empty square concrete patio.I feel like I have been abundantly patient, and have given them every possible chance, All I want is the job to be completed as originally quoted.

    I have attached the contract.

    Since I filed the complaint originally, the business has reached out to me and offered to refund my deposit. I can't say that I'm happy with their decision to hold my money without interest for over a year on a project that it appears they had no intention of ever doing.

    and the year of delays, and abysmal communication, has left a very bad taste in my mouth about this business.

    At this time, I would like to wait to see if the refund actually goes through before closing the complaint. Hopefully I'll be able to confirm that within the next day or two.

    I still believe that this should be a cautionary tale do others looking to deal with this business, however once the refund is actually processed, I'm not sure what else I could expect from a complaint here.

    At this time, I have received the refund for my deposit with this company.

    So I guess we can close this complaint.

    I I'm still quite disappointed that it took over a year, and three site visits before they told me that they couldn't do the work they had originally promised, and I hope that reviews can accurately reflect this to warn other people before they have to go through a similar ordeal with this company. But I'm not sure there's much more to do on this particular complaint.
