      Great job today by ******! Friendly, thorough service, process was explained well. Had house/garage power washed and outside windows cleaned. Looks so much better!!Second time using Wipe Clean company, very satisfied!

      ****** came out after he had finished his day to service my gutters which was greatly appreciated. He was professional, friendly and did a great job. He even took the time to explain an issue with one of my downspouts, and how to correct it going forward to eliminate future problems with clogs. 5 out of 5 stars! Thanks ******!

      I engaged Wipe Clean for snow removal. From October through December Wipe Clean provided 4 episodes of service, poorly executed and not as specified. They promised a revolving 5 services per month which would carry over. They did not respond to emails nor were they reachable by phone. I received a January billing for another $244.86. I advised when they had fulfilled their contracted services for the remaining episodes owed (15-4=11) I would resume payment. I had a conversation with Peter Fortune today who stated I was in arrears of contract for January. January they had come 4 times to shovel. That’s a total of 8 episodes of service. After stating they had come to my property 8 or possibly 9 times Peter then determined they had been out at least 12 times, which was a patently false statement. He stated because they kept people on call 24/7 I needed to pay him Jan-March whether there was snow or not. This is not right on any level. Very poor business practice!! Wipe clean certainly does not deliver the services they have been contracted to do.although Peter stated this was month to month, he said I owed him through March. He stated if I did not want to pay, I could cancel the contract, which would then void the remainder of the services owed. I can not deal with these people any more so I cancelled. Very poor. Would never recommend this company for any reason.
