Unprofessional service and installation, way below industry standard practice.Installation started August 28, 2023. Main door has been installed 3 times; final adjustment completed on January 15, ****. Patio door has been installed 2 times; final casing installation completed on January 15, ****. Screen for patio door is installed incorrectly.Supplied blinds compromising windows and patio door opening angle. Multiple damages to the property due to careless installation.Lies, empty promises, ignorance, false and unjustified accusations, threats.All above is well documented and can be proved.Feel free to reach out for more information.

Thank you for your review and photos. Unfortunately these are all dated photos which have been rectified and your review fails to mention your failure to uphold contractual agreements which were laid out prior to work beginning. Blinds were selected and installed by you, so we cannot comment on them compromising any sort of opening as we did not install them. Patio screen was correctly installed as per manufacturer instructions and recommendations. No threats were given and further accusations will be considered libel. We are more than happy to go through arbitration with the BBB as mediator. We wish you the best in the future.
