      I've been going to ******** on Horton Rd. for over 30 years. They are the best! I have dealt with GM, ***** and she is great, funny, and pleasure to talk with. I recommend this business.

      Aug .27, 2024. I obtained a quote for the glass sunroof on my F150 XLT 2017 and was given $1470. Installed On adept.5, 2024, when it’s time for me to put a deposit in so I can be booked for an appointment they told me the price has gone up to 1,890.00 I told them that they should honor the original quote that was given especially when the original quote is good for 30 days, But they declined it and told me that they will not honor the original quote bec. of the price change which was only 10 days ago… So I put a deposit in for $100.00 bec they will not give me an appointment without me putting a deposit. They told us it takes 2-3 business days to get the parts in which is fine with us. The next day, my husband and I upon talking to our auto insurance we needed we find out we need to cancel the parts that we ordered from Cal-Alta glass, so we called up Cal-Alta glass in Edmonton trail Calgary to cancel the booking, Cal-Alta refused to give us the deposit back, Even though we cancelled it right the next day, in which they didn’t even have the parts yet… That’s just show how greedy about money Cal-Alta Glass in Edmonton trail Calgary, Alberta… Bad business they are running. We are giving this company a Very BAD REVIEW based from our past experience with them.

      Hello, I spoke with the owner of Cal Alta. He said the price they were given was for a dealer part. Unfortunately, when they (Customer) called back 10 days later the dealer gave us another price was totally different than what they had originally quoted us. With the recent weather events parts are flying off the shelf for all our dealers and suppliers. Supply and demand. So this is totally out of our hands. We are not greedy and do not rip anyone off. They had called us numerous times and sat on the fence on the part. We take a deposit on all parts ordered from the dealer. It is a common practice for all automotive companies to take a deposit. We all get charged a cancellation fee and unfortunately 24 hours later they cancelled (after many many phone calls with them). I am sorry this happened, I am able to split the deposit and refund $50.00 back onto a credit card. They can contact myself at the south location

      Absolute great service, I have not experienced customer service like this for some time. By the time other glass service companies had replied with their quote, CalAlta had replaced the broken window in my truck, and a great price. While I was waiting, other customers came and went and you could tell the respect they had for this business.
