      Good product but the glass was scratched, most likely from the factory. After many delays on their part it was replaced but the glass in the first replacement window was scratched also. The SECOND replacement window had the worst scratch yet on the glass. Pella Corporation needs to review it’s quality control practices and Pella Western Canada should learn what good customer service is. It was three years, many emails and much frustration before they delivered the third and final replacement and they refused to install it because we were past the two year mark on the warranty. We paid for the product in advance as per their requirement, provided a workspace that was as safe as we could possibly make it, were accommodating to their install times and invited them to come into our home to see what it was we were talking about with the scratched windows. What we got from them was delay after delay, accusations that we were not ***** ******** in our complaints and left with the installation of a window that should have been completed by them in a timely manner. We do not recommend using this company.
