This is the third time that we have had windows installed by Western Windows. **** was excellent in this quote, he was polite, explained what would happen. ********* surprised us by giving us an early date for our windows which we appreciated. **** and his crew of one were polite, explained what they would do, installed the six windows, cleaned up and we thought they were very professional. We now have 11 windows in our house that have been installed by Western Windows, **** and ************

Western Windows replaced all of our windows (28) and doors (3). The process to decide on what we wanted was easy and ********************* was very helpful in explaining options and helping us decide on what we wanted and what suited us. The installation was perfect. The installer crews showed up on time and completed the whole project in just 3 days. They were friendly and easy going and did exceptional work. They left the house clean and neat and tidy each day when they left. I highly recommend Western Windows for window replacements.Western Windows Alberta Ltd.

We recently had the pleasure of having 12 windows and one door replaced in our **** home. There was no miscommunication and they showed up with exactly what we ordered. ********************* are *********************** and very tidy. After 2 days of diligent work our job was completed without issues. The trims were replaced and I can hardly tell they were touched. I am very pleased with the product quality. I have already recommended, without reservation, Western Windows to my neighbour.Western Windows Alberta Ltd.

The installers were very professional and worked as a team. They had to work around a vicious shrub and install bay windows into existing awkward spaces. They left the place very clean and there was almost no dust in the house. The finishing is lovely.Western Windows Alberta Ltd.

Western Windows replaced a dozen windows that were 50 years old last year & another 9 this year that were 30 years old. Their workmanship, ********************** is excellent. It was very nice to have all the mess inside & out cleaned up & the windows shining when they left. I would recommend them to anyone in the future.Western Windows Alberta Ltd.

We are incredibly pleased with the customer service, responsiveness and quality workmanship that Western Windows has provided. ****** and the install team were phenomenal. Many companies can learn what impeccable customer service is about from these folks. They replaced our back door, frame and side windows. Amazing job. We had 24 windows replaced in a 75 year old house and the results are excellent. The installation crews were very professional, in both service and their skill/experience with an older house, and a pleasure to have around.
