    To whom it may concern to,I am writing to file a complaint. The business is Smooth Auto Glass LTD. Address is ******************************************************************, and phone number is **************. I got a windshield replacement service on *** **** *******y. The service was done around 11:45am. And he told me about the lifetime warranty about the leaking thing. Do not drive in 4 hour, and do not wash in 4 days. I paid him *****After half an hour, I was in the car to turn the heater on as he said heat will help the glue dry faster. And noticed there is a 10cm long cut on the dashboard close the windshield. I took the picture and contacted him, but he didnt response. Monday, I called him again and he denied it. He blamed me for not checking the inside of the car when he was there. And his warranty only covers the leaking. His attitude is not acceptable. I am not able to see everything immediately. **** * ** ******* *** *** **** ******* *** ********* *****. He should either repaid my dashboard, or refund my payment for the windshield.I wish I checked his rating on BBB before I contacted him for the windshield replacement.     Your dad was front of me the whole time.
    After when windshield installation was done you checked out, then you made the payment. Everything was great,  no scratch and the windshield installed professionally done
    The leaking is life warranty.
    After I leave the customer property is not my responsibility what happens to your vehicle except leaking 
    I have not done any scratch to your dashboard. 
    You got to understand I am professional. You're not my first customer. This is my job I know how to do my job.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    First of all, my dad was not there from beginning to end. When we came out, you said it is almost done. Even he was there watching, he is not professional, he doesn't know what you are doing and he wont notice your mistake!

    Second of all, I was not able to inspect every detail from inside to outside. I pay you after your work is done, doesn't mean your work is perfect. Every vendor gives certain period to customer to review the work.

    Thirdly, leaking is under warranty for sure. But this is damage. 

    The scratch can be judged by professionals. The mark or shape can easily be compared and evaluated how it was done. 

    I do not accept the response. And I still claim for the damage and ask for the ************.

    On Jun 3rd, 2022 the windshield was replaced on my vehicle. I purchased the vehicle and the original owner had arranged to have the windshield replaced prior to taking possession. They arranged for Smooth Auto Glass LTD to replace the windshield. They completed the replacement and on the evening of June 6th I picked the vehicle up. After about 15min of driving on the highway it started raining heavily, I turned on the wipers and they functioned for about 5 min before jamming. The passenger side wiper got stuck and the driver side got caught on it making it nearly impossible to see. I pulled off the highway and waited for the rain to pass. When I got home, my wife wanted to take the car for a drive, when she went to adjust the rear view mirror, it fell off in her hand. I notified the seller of the problems and they contacted Smooth Auto Glass LTD on the morning of June 7th. The response was that they could take a look at the wipers but that the broken rear view mirror was our fault and he would not repair it. It was raining so it was also not safe to drive the vehicle. I took the vehicle to a local shop the next day to see if they could fix the wipers and mirror as the vehicle couldn't be driven on the highway in its current condition. They noted the following problems:-Wipers improperly installed, splines on one wiper arm stripped and another bolt completely loose -rearview mirror damaged due to forced install/removal -rain/headlight sensor improperly installed, gel lens on windshield damaged, needs replacement, sensor may also need to be replaced.-retaining bracket for rain sensor installed in wrong direction preventing proper fitment of rearview mirror -headliner damaged in two spots -driver's side window trim improperly installed, gap at top -excessive sealant at top of windshield and on roof line, possibly used to cover damage to paint.I contacted the company again, they were very rude and refused any repair telling me to "grow up".
