    I am very happy with my second cribbage board. They were very easy to deal with and answered all of my questions. They were fast in delivery and the tracking was amazing! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an unique gift for any occasion.

    Ordered the board way back in August and waited a reasonable amount of time knowing it was going to be largely hand made. After several weeks of phoning and emailing, one of my emails got a response when I asked for an update. This was September 8 and I was told by the owner that the board was nearing completion and would be shipped that Friday. I waited at least three weeks after that and sent out another inquiry as to the delay. I got no response. I then sent another email recapping what had gone on and expressed my disappointment and frustration at the long delays. Having had dismal responses from the owner I finally felt I had to lay down an ultimatum of either: getting the product by Friday (which was last week; October 14), or a full refund. Failure to do so would result in the review you're seeing here. BTW that final email was sent the beginning of that week.This is truly dismal customer service. It would seem the owner has bitten off more than he can chew and needs assistance in administrative stuff and assistance in the production of the boards.SO my advice to anyone is DON'T spend your money on this product unless you are prepared to ****** and lose that money! If I had read the reviews before committing to buy, I would not have made the plunge. I am now out over $100.

    Hi ******, We are just getting to the BBB reviews. Thank you for the review as I know things were not run the best when you ordered your board. We ended up purchasing the equipment and online store from ****** 2023 and certainly run things differently. While maintaining a high quality board, we definitely saw there was a lacking in **************** and we have changed procedures to match our other companies that have stellar reputations. **********.com for custom decaled glassware and Impact Zone for both our moving and embroidery divisions. I was happy to see you finally got the board as there were many that we made and shipped that were not delivered under the previous owner. I hope what you received you were happy with and please reach out to us if we can try earn your trust back. ***-Owner
