    I was given a air purifier from this company without the knowledge that if I didn’t manage to sign up a certain amount of people I would have to pay for the vaccum that came with it.
    The representative I dealt with is **** ********, which I have since learned no longer is affiliated with this company.
    It was fully paid in the amount of $3847.85 on January 19 2023. I am an elderly woman who was not given all the information necessary to make this huge financial decision, this type of baiting Into purchases is extremely unethical and I will gladly go to news outlets and seek out any other course of action.
    I have not used the vacuum, and it remains in perfect condition.
    I would like to see this rectified by being able to return the product and getting a refund. I understand I may not get a full refund. And I am willing to negotiate slightly, as I am not unreasonable.
    I am giving my granddaughter, ****** *********, ************ ***************************** full permission to speak and advocate for me, as I mentioned, I am an elderly woman who struggles with this type of issue.
    So please direct any questions, concerns, inquiries, extra information needed to her.

    I purchase the Rainbow. Upon purchase the salesman took my vacuum as it gave me money off my purchase. I soon had buyer remorse and returned the Rainbow. It took nearly 2 months for the salesman to return my vacuum but when he did it wasn't mine. The stick vacuum he returned is only good for hard floors whereas mine was for carpet. He said that was the only one he had and now won't answer me. I just want my original vacuum returned.
